“I wish I had a cell so I could take a selfie of us with our little piece of good luck!” Zoe yelled.

We ran-walked back to Bick. She screamed and did some Blue team cheer: “Blue team, blue team, CMML’s best. We’ll bring home the prize, we will not rest.”

We couldn’t find a skate, but everyone in the whole camp was impressed that we found the four-leaf clover. The Gray teamers couldn’t! And the mighty Blue Team ended up winning by ten!

Sometime before the night was over, Zoe asked, “Hey, what happened to the four-leaf clover? Do we get it back?”

“Good question. I bet Bick kept it somehow.”

“Well, I feel lucky anyhow,” she said.

“So do I.” And I did. Well, for a while, anyway.
